設定1. 執行 gpedit.msc 打開本機群組原則編輯器
2. 選擇 [電腦設定\Windows 設定\安全性設定\系統服務]
3. 在右邊窗點擊 "Background Intelligent Transfer Service".
4. Windows Server 2018: 預設為"手動" 啟動，若 BITS 工作為等待情形時，為"自動" 啟動.

5. 點擊 "確定" (GCB 設定值)
